HOLIDAY LIGHT UP

The Holiday Light Up is an annual event that is spearheaded by the Downtown Business Association. Each year, more than 10,000+ Edmontonians and their families gather in Churchill Square for the impressive light-up festivities including live entertainment, food and local treats. Since 2015 Wild Heart has been hired to do Site Management for this event.

This includes:

Site manager for the pre and post production
Site manager for the day of
Ensuring that all aspects of event are successful
Responsible for safety and security plans
Working with vendors before and during event
Working with the City of Edmonton to liaise on civic issues in Churchhill Square
