Wild Heart Collective was integral in producing our ambitious program. They worked closely with Civic Services, community partners, sponsors, associated arts organizations and other stakeholders to form lasting working relationships. Additionally, they acted as liaisons with our other hired events management company to assist in forming the production schedule and determining volunteer needs. Wild Heart Collective was responsible for producing artist contracts and performing as the main point of contact for all involved artists and organizations.

As the needs of the event evolved, so did the responsibilities and scope of the position, and they were happy to meet the needs of the event with ease and high performance. Wild Heart Collective is problem-detail oriented and were diligent in maintaining the budget, attending weekly meetings and keeping the Board informed of all developments and challenges. In addition to their capacity as Project Coordinators, Wild Heart Collective also produced a Night Market that complimented our programming and helped in enliven the Downtown core.
